Hearth is a non-profit organization dedicated to the elimination of homelessness among the elderly. This mission is accomplished through a unique blend of prevention, placement, and housing programs all designed to help older adults in the Greater Boston area find and succeed in homes of their own.

Join us for another memorable year at Winter Walk, as we represent our clients: residents, individuals working with our outreach team, and people who's housing we're working to preserve. Each person who we work with has their own story, and your participation in our team this Winter Walk allows us to continue supporting them.
