Thank you for joining the Jesuit Friends & Family team for the 2026 Winter Walk!
Our team joins the entire Jesuit/Ignatian community in Chicago to walk in support of the Ignatian Spirituality Project (ISP), a Jesuit ministry that invites people rebuilding their lives after homelessness and addiction to encounter God’s love, hope, and healing.
Through retreats and ongoing companionship, ISP helps people build the spiritual foundation that makes lasting recovery possible.
For a second year, ISP joins Winter Walk Chicago as a nonprofit partner — walking alongside our brothers and sisters on the journey toward healing and home. Rooted in Ignatian values of compassion, service, and accompaniment, we welcome friends from Jesuit-affiliated parishes, schools, and organizations who want to walk together under a united Ignatian banner.
By walking with ISP, you are already making a difference — and you can amplify that impact by fundraising. Every gift extends the reach of ISP retreats and circles, where people find trust instead of isolation, and community instead of loneliness.
Getting started is simple:
- Set a goal — $250 can send someone on retreat.
- Share your “why” — a personal note is the most inspiring invitation.
- Spread the word — invite friends, family, and colleagues to support your walk.
Whether you walk, fundraise, or both, you’re helping turn winter’s chill into a season of healing and hope. Thank you for being part of this mission and for walking with us!
