A MESSAGE FROM Breaktime

Young adult homelessness is often invisible. Young people may be bouncing between couches, unsafe housing, or temporary beds.

Breaktime's mission is to break the cycle of young adult homelessness by equipping young adults with the job and financial security they need to establish housing security. By providing employment, wraparound services, and financial support, Breaktime works to ensure that every young person has the tools they need to achieve job, financial, and long-term housing security.

Breaktime recently purchased a building in Downtown Crossing, with the goal of turning it into a Hub for Solving Young Adult Homelessness. At the Hub, young adults can access job training, mentorship, housing navigation, and health services, alongside showers, meals, laundry, and other essentials. Our goal is to bring immediate stability together with long-term opportunity under one roof.

Winter Walk 2026 Boston

Join Us for the 10th Annual Winter Walk Boston
Sunday, February 8th, 2026 — Boston Common

Walk with us in solidarity to end homelessness. This year, we’re stepping onto the Boston Common to raise awareness and vital funds for those experiencing homelessness.

Together with our unhoused neighbors, advocates, and service providers, we’ll walk to show that compassion is stronger than stigma—and that change is possible.

Support our team. Join the movement. Help us build a future where everyone has a place to call home.

Registration Begins at 10 am
