Boston cannot fully thrive until all of our neighbors get the care they deserve. And thanks to your support, BMC is there to not only provide high-quality medical care, but also services that help families move from the streets.

Your donations and fundraising make a big impact on the patients and families cared for by BMC. Just a couple of ways Winter Walk funds are supporting unhoused families: 

• $25 funds an intake meeting between a Living Well at Home Case Manager and a client experiencing homelessness
• $50 funds a housing stabilization home visit between a Living Well at Home Case Manager and a client experiencing homelessness  
• $100 funds a half day of housing search to help house a client experiencing homelessness   
• $3,000 provides intensive wraparound services for a year to assist a client experiencing homelessness
